Default Engine problems on 1994 S320

A few weeks ago I bought a 1994 Mercedes S320 without ASR. Throttle body is mechanical and it has only electronic cruise control. Car has some problems with the engine. It runs only on low rpm up to about 1500. Runs rough, idle rpm fluctuates. I used Carsoft 7.4 and after reading the HFM-SFI module, part number 0155457432, I found that it is not coded. How can I code the module without having access to STAR system ? Engine produces some blue smoke. I replaced valve stem seals, spark plugs, timing chain guides. Timing chain was installed as it says in the service manual and is right on the points. I drained the gas tank and put 5gal of good 91 octane fuel from Chevron. All electric connections with the ECM have been checked for shorts and continuity. Compression in all 6 cylinders is 195 PSI.
Additional faults:
9 air mass flow meter: implausibly high
12 idle speed contact: implausibly large
90 camshaft timing actuator: open circuit/short circuit to ground
91 EGR switchover valve: short circuit to 12V
113 HFM-SFI control module: is not coded
Your feedback will be appreciated. Thanks
