heat/ac fan problem

Default heat/ac fan problem
2008 S550
My front climate control fan wont blow cold or hot air. Does anyone have any idea what I can do? Rear one works fine

Obviously, there is a component in or related to HVAC system that is malfunctioning. I'm not an expert on HVAC, but I'd start with thermostat and related HVAC controls; that is, ensure that they are switched to their correct positions. Then, if they are, my question would be: Is the fan actually turning?
