After selling my 92 300SE over 3 years ago I'm in the market for W140 once again.
I found 95 S320 with 152k on the clock for just under $9K, Considering I sold my 92 for a little under $12K over 3 years ago it's not a bad deal.
I did have share of my common w140 problems on prevous car and like to know what I'm getting my self in to. I know 97 and newer would be a better vehicle but 95 is just 2 miles away from my house in a lot. I'd appriciate it if you guys can point out known problems unique to 95 S320. Here are some from my knowledge.

1, Premature Head gasket leak. (I had that problem on 92, is it same for 95?)

2, Engine wire harness. (I had this problem on 93, I hear it's same up to 95 model.)

3, A/C core evapolator. (97+ has almost no problem?)

4, 4 speed trans? (I don't know if the car has 5sp trans.)

5, Window regulators. (is it just for pre 95 models on rear doors?)

6, I had problems with various sensors, relay and switches, had to replace the cluster 3 times, shifter switch twice on 92. Repair bill exceeded $15k in a year. let me know if I'm wrong or missing anything on above.
