Does technical support exist for the Trisco Palm Scanner CS-3000?

I have a Trisco Palm Scanner (CS-3000) that I bought off if Ebay. ? When I connect it to diagnos a problem, it tells me there is an electrical leak coming from the control module..and the voltage at pin #3 is too low (38 pin adapter). Has anyone had similar trouble with their scanner?

Did you find a source to repair the Trisco? I'm in the same boat.
