Hi everyone.
On my 96 S320, the fan speed is always on "low" regardless of the indicator on the climate control.

I checked the fan motor and it alway gets 11.75Volts, regardless of fan speed setting.
The climate controlsends a variable signal from 7Volts to 12.2Volts to the regulator, reading taken from the two thin wires at the regulator junction.

The fan spins freely, no noises. Would I be correct in diagnosing a faulty regulator?

You may want to change your blower regulator right below your filter, and above the blower.
