Default RE: Cold start problem

It has been a while since I checked the messages on the fourm, but the car has been parked ever since. In troubleshooting the problem, I saw signs of water seepage/corrosion around the module under the back seat. I took to module out (should have took photos of fuse locations), and took it apart and cleaned some corrosion on the circuit board and some of the copper pins. I am fairly sure that I did a good job (my previous electronics experience) cleaning the board andthe connectors ( I took photos to be sure I put it back together the same way). Anyway, during the installation back in the car, the red (power input) wire arced against the chassis (shoudl have disconnected the battery). Now I don't have any power coming to the unit. I have checked all the fuses that I know about (under the hood left and right side of windshield, as well as the ones under the seat). Is there any other place where I can check why the power is not getting to the module under the back seat. Thanks for your help.
