I would like to take my 4.3 out of my 2000 s430 and put in the 5.0 or the V 12 out of the S600. Is that possible? And if so, what all will i have to change over?

 

Im not a benz tech , however you are talking about a huge expensive timely task. I would bet money it would be cheaper to just buy a 600. but i could be wrong? But just think of this job and the things that need to be done are tremendous.computers,exhaust and the list would go on and on. I would not dare try the task. But like i previously said im not a benz tech. so i dunno for sure?

 

youll have issues with the engine control unit and programming. its not worth it at all.

 

I have seen this done and it is not for the faint of heart. Not for those on a budget either. Better to trade up or you will be in therapy for at least a year.
