a/c blows what ever temp is out side?!?!?

Question a/c blows what ever temp is out side?!?!?

i tried to fill my a/c in my s600, but the line has over 100 psi in it and say the line could blow anytime. it also wont take in any freon. (well only 1lb ) what could the problem be?

evacuate it first and see how much you get. could be overfilled. or there is a clog someplace. usually take about 2lbs depending on if you have rear AC. then 2.3 not exactly sure on that amount but 2.0-2.5 is usually good.

i do have rear and we did evacuate on it. that is nothing inside now and they say my compressor is constantly running. it wont take more than 1lb and still blows what ever temp is outside

check the evaptemp sensor and also the temp. or pressure sensors on the reciever drier. stil seems like you have a clog. on alot of the newer benzes the compressor is always running. also if it doesnt take a charge from the low side you can try to charge it from the high side and that wil sometimes work.

Are you sure you have a good vacuum ?
If you have air in the system you will not be able to fill it up and you will run higher pressures.

i did change both sensors and it is still not the problem. i agree that there could be a clog. how do i find it? could the air drier be bad or be the problem. if so should it be changed?
