Hi can anyone tell me about my s class 320 alarm and immobiliser i have a red and green light flashing at the same time and cannot start the car. can i reset it or do i need help thanks

 

usually try to lock and unlock the drivers door with the key first. than within 10 seconds or so put key into ignition and start the car. could also be weak remote batteries. the red and green lights on the mirrir will flash alternatly when the remote batteries are weak,
