Question Airmatic stuck up high?

Does anyone know why my airmatic suspension is stuck on its highest setting. The button inside doesn't make any difference and the suspension doesn't go any lower overnight. I am not able to hear the airmatic pump running either. Everything was running fine up until about a week ago.
Please help.
Many thanks

If you switch the ignition off and remove the key when you have raised the vehicle ( in the raised position) the car will store that height until you reach around 70 mph or around 60 mph for at least 5 mins. Take it down the motorway and open her up!

Question

Hi MB_W220,
Thanks for the advise. I have tried this today but still have the problem. Forgot to mention the 'visit workshop' sign is on with a symbol of car and an UP arrow.
Any other suggestions.
Thanks in advance
Simon.

That probably means an electrical component such as a relay needs replaced, hopefully not too expensive.
