My blower motor will not work when the car is running. However, with the engine off and just auxiliary power on, the blower works fine and responds to the high and low controls. In the winter it would sometime come on then shut off. Now that I am trying to us the AC the blower has never came on while running the car. I just replaced the blower regulator and that was not the problem. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

 

I figured it out. There was nothing wrong with the blower system. The problem turned out to be in the ignition switch. The key was turning too far to the right. This prevented the electrical system from working correctly. When I moved it back just a little everything worked with the engine on. Until I get a new switch I will just move the key back a little.
