Default 92 300SE climate control problem

Hi im having a problem with my climate control. During the winter my heat wouldnt pump out at all. i Changed the blower regulator and now it pumps out a little bit even though it is set on high. my locks also stopped working during the winter.

Sometimes the blower motor doesnt work at all and sometimes it just turns on. Is this still the water valve or is it something else.

the blower motor?... then it's another story.

check the regulator or seized motor first.

I changed the blower regulator first and also when i connect the blower to direct power constant + then it works fine its a problem when its hooked up normally sometimes it goes on and sometimes it doesnt blow at all could this be the blower motor??

so the motor and the regulator is fine and you can eliminate those.

something is sending a bad signal to increase or decrease the blower speed.

the evaporator not icing up? the evaporator temperature sensor is sending the right signal?
