Well isnt that interesting, MB have had a change of heart and are starting to publish fuel economy claims that could be realistic. Sales data for the 2011 C220 diesel estate with blue motion quote 64.5miles per imperial gallon. If anybody has got anywhere near this figure please post here immediately. My 2006 C220 does 30mpg around town, once managed 40 and I really need to know what they have done to improve the fuel efficiency by 30%.
I suspect they took the lies everybody else was publishing and added 10% to make themselves look 10% better. 64.5 mpg....my butt.
