2006 S exterior cowl drain plugged

Default 2006 S exterior cowl drain plugged
The cowl drain located below the wipers is plugged causing water to pool in this area. Is there a simple way to service this drain without having to completely disassemble the cowl components?

Usually you can stick a long screwdriver in there to unplug it. Will be posting a video later tonight that shows what happens when you don't unclog it.
