My dashboard illumination cluster has died and I am thinking of replacing with either a new one or a used. I have a used one that apparently is cloned to another VIN. The big question, can a used (already cloned) cluster from another S430 be installed and cloned to my car? I was told by Mercedes dealer in Canada if it can not be cloned, the used part becomes useless. And they told us that a dashboard illumination cluster can only be cloned once. Can anyone help me with correct information???? Thanks
