Default 1992 300SE Won't start

I have a 1992 300SE W140 3.2litre inline six. Mileage is 70,000KMS
The car was running fine until recently when it became difficult to start from time to time. Hot or cold did'nt seem to make a difference. One day I started it and it cut out after a few seconds. Restarting involved cranking for an unusually long time. When it did fire up it ran roughly for a few seconds then settled down. I drove it a short distance and then switched it off. Later I went to drive it but it would not start at all. There are no warning/check lights on. There is no spark at the plugs. There is fuel at the rail but I don't think its injecting.
Checked all fuses -All OK
Replaced Crank Position Sensor - no change
Tested Ignition Module - Module OK
Tested ECU - ECU OK
Tested Coil - Coil OK
Checked Distributor - Everything looks OK
Tried to do electronic diagnostic. Scanner cannot communicate with ECU
I Thinkthat there ismaybe no power to the ECU but nobody can supply a diagram for this modelso I can't check this.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated
