Default 02-430 Brakes

so the other day my brake warning light came on , so when i arrive at my destination i look through the front wheel to make sure its not metal to metal or anything in dire need of immediate repair , as far as i could see it was not. i bought the 430 used , upon my brake inspection (looking through the front wheel) i notice the rotors are drilled. my question is = are the rear rotors also suppose to be drilled rotors? cause they are not. when i do the brake job im gonna slap some drilled rotors in the rear anyway.
