Bluetooth Add-on & Ipod
Hello from a new member!
When we ordered our R350 I thought we had included the bluetooth add on, but somehow we didn't. Any recommendations on where to order bluetooth adapter from, and is this something anyone can practically install themselves?
Is their anyway to have your ipod options on the command screen? We did manage to order the official connector, but being limited to the little screen in the dash seems like a waste in functionality.
Btw, I'm impressed after 2 weeks and 600 miles. With an expanding family our former V70 T5 was about too close for comfort.
Thanks in advance for all suggestions!!

RE: Bluetooth Add-on & Ipod
Congrats on the new R! When I picked up our R350 a few weeks back the dealer wanted close to $500 for the bluetooth dongle. Luckily, I have a friend that works at MB and he was able to get me the RAZR Bluetooth MHI Cradle. Saved $200 bucks. I (still) have a RAZR so it works great gut you don't need a RAZR, should be able to use it with most bluetooth phones. Even without a "friend discount" the RAZR Cradle is cheaper than the non-phone specific BT dongle.
You can also search eBay for Mercedes RAZR and should find some cheap offerings.
