Hi!

I just purchased a 2001 ML320. I guess the Navigation System is not installed. Is there anywhere, other than going to Mercedes and paying $3000.00, to find one of these systems? I would love to have the navigation system, but do not want to pay that much. I hope someone can help.

you're being ripped-off if they are asking $3k, they were only $1.6 k in 2001....including the 6 disk CD upgrade.

 

That $3000.00 was quoted from a Mercedes Dealership. I know that is a rip off! But can I purchase this system elsewhere and have it installed elsewhere??

Okay maybe I am wrong. I looked at Navigation systems on EBAY, but I do need the whole thing. I have the main component in the dash. I mean my radio works, CD changer works. Just when I press the NAV button, the blues screen says no navigation system installed. Do I just need some sort of software? I am so confused about all this. I hope someone can help me. This is my first Mercedes and I know nothing!!!! Thank you.

allison your missing the dvd rom drive from your navigation system it go inside your comand center.
