ML 350: One Major Complaint!!
Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum and just wanted to give my two cents on my '06 ML350. I absolutely LOVE this car, except for one thing that is driving me crazy.
In fact, it is the most incredibly ANNOYING feature I've ever experienced in an automobile. On the A/C system, when I shut off the air flow from outside (I put it on recirculate, because I don't want to breathe the carbon monoxide of the car in front of me), it works for about 5 minutes and then it shuts off the recirculate air option, and I find myself breathing in more carbon monoxide. I looked in the owner's manual, and it states that this is intended to stop the windows from fogging up. That's RIDICULOUS!!! I should be able to decide when I want the air to stop being on recirculate, not the damn car. This feature is really limiting my enjoyment of an otherwise beautiful automobile.
Anybody else have this issue or complaint? And is there any solution? (MB says there is nothing they can do to "fix" this)
Thank you for reading this.
Sincerely,
Drew
