Replaced my 2000 ML 320 Engine and got it all hooked up and primed and all I need to do is turn the key and start it up. So I turn the key and no starter action and no start up. So I do the usual checks: 1. turn key and check lights on dash. All good. @. I insert key and check that DAS lite on dash blinks and reconizes key. All good. #. next I check Fuel Rail and bleed air and prime with fuel. Pump works and air gone. $. Next I check starter for cranking over and proper wiring. Jump starter relay in fuse box. Engine Cranks nornally. 6. Remove Shifter and readjust Neutral Salty Switck. Fixed amd alined.

So, at this point I am at this. The key to the cpu and/or the CPU to the starter relay. But this points to the CPU not working !!!! But it worked when I burned the engine up and I dont believe it went bad between the swap. The other thing is, I put the key in run and junped the starter to see if it would lite up. No joy there. One last point. There is no engine codes on engine. I cleared them all. BUT the can bus to CPU shows NO Communication. And that is a problem to me. Can any one give me any advice or help, Please.
