I've got a problem with my ML 270 CDI that I hope someone out there can help me with.

When I first drive it (cold) the auto transmission seems to 'surge' - It also won't change up when it should - As soon as it gets warm then the problems disappear - Usually I pull up, put it into PARK, turn the engine off, wait a few seconds and then restart and it's usually all good again - I don't think it's a problem with the transmission itself as it works OK when the engine is warm. Any ideas out there please ... Thanks
