what's up with the rusted lug nuts on ml's ( mine is a '99), i have an extented waranty do you think they will replace them?

no, this is a starmarked ml and all the nuts have rust on them on all the wheels, and i have seen this on many ml's, but not all.

i thought they were using wheel bolts (screw).

they might not replace them because it is a normal wear out as they would put it.

if it impairs the quality or function...then they will.

I had a 2000 with rusted lug nuts (screws). I complained and they were replaced with black ones under warranty.

the OE lug bolts on our 2002 W210 are quite rusty. It looks bad, I've been thinking about replacing them.
