Default it just died

1999 ml320 129k it died on me a couple of times before, and it started back up again after a while, but not this last time. could it be fuel filter, fuel pump relay, or fuel pump? (fuel pump relay was getting very hot) any feedback will be greatly apreciated. Thanks

Idling, stalling during acceleration and poor fuel mileage are some symptoms of malfunctioning fuel pump. Take it to a mechanic for checkup. Or you might be needing new mercedes fuel pump.
