Hello All,


This just started out of the blue. Wen the drivers door is open in our 2002 ML500, the interior beeping alarm immediately goes off, and neither of the key remotes work to lock or unlock the doors. I have open and closed all doors including the hatchback, checked fuses, and pulled and reconnected the battery in hopes of resting a sensor, but no change. It seems to me that a sensor has gone bad. Given the description, does anyone have a possible cause?
