I had an 06 ML350 and now have an 09 ML 350. I did not experience any problems with the 06 and to date no problems with the 09. I enjoy spirited driving and while I know the limits of an SUV I actually have just as much fun driving the ML as I did with my prior BMW 5 series. If you are still considering the ML I would go with an 03 or newer. As mentioned in previous posts, do your research and you will find a great vehicle. Although I leased the 03 and the 09, I did order them with a lot of options. I love to drive and enjoy the conforts and conveniences that are offered on a Mercedes. I love mine and plan on buying out the lease when it is up.
