I have a ml350 2003 . My problem is i cannot use navigation system . The radio has a buttom for navigation when i press is i get a massege not installed i do not have any cd or programe. Do i need to buy a cd or i need to to buy a comlete radio system please help me .

 

You have to install a dvd command which above the cassete player inside. Press open button on face to reveal. Then you need acquire a navigation dvd. I got all that on ebay. good luck!

 

"dvd command"? What all does that entail? Will a single installable add-on module and set of DVDs provide full navigation functionality?

 

I am in the same boat with a 2005 ML 350 and i have the same problem.

Hey guys, i have a quick question. MY ML 500 2002 has all the GPS functions on the screen but i would like to enable them. I'm guessing i need a gps antenna and a dvd unit. Does anyone know where or who i can ask to get more info about wiring and required parts.
