Default Fixing window switch instruction

To remove shift ****, turn ther bottom retaining ring counter clockwise and pull the **** up.



Remove rubber pad by prying with samll flat head screw driver or finger nail.



Undo 2 screw inside the container and remove the felt container from arm rest.



To remove wood trim push the switch/button console up. Give a little pressure and push,it will popup. Then undo the electrical connectors.



Remove the switch/button unit from wood trim by pressing two clips (big ones, one on each side).



Remove all the black button covers except side mirrors adjuster.



Remove just defrost and door lock white rocker switches. Make sure to remember the direction of white rocker switch. Otherwise the black covers won't go on.



Remove the top black cover by prying at 8 indentions. 2 on each side.



It will look like this after removing top black cover. Make sure not to flip the unit up side down with white rocker switches removed. There is a spring and a metal cap for each switch and they will fall and get lost.



Remove the white roker switch for the window that is not working. Pry it with small flat head screw driver.



You will see 3 copper cam type electrodes (front window). They are supposed to be same height. You'll have to raise the lower ones tosame height as the higher one.



Use a small flat head screw driver to prythe copper cam electrode from bottom.



After adjusting the copper cam electrodesinstall white rocker switches, don't put the black cover on yet. Hook up electrical connectors and test. If windows work fine put black cover then buttons and put everything back together. You're good to go.
