I have a 2000 ml 320. I need to remove the radio. The spring on the left side is broken, so th ekey just sinks and doesn't unlock it.
I need to acccess it from the rear or from the side somehow. Any body have any ideas on the best way to get to it??

 

Genev, i have the same problem with the same side. I wonder if this is a common problem.

 

lots of radios got stuck this way.

i simply use more force to pull out the side that could be pulled by the key.
