[:@] I have a certified pre owned ML 320 and have had the worst experience with the retailer in Manhattan.

I purchased the car 2 years back without test driving because I thought I was buying a Merc and have had series of issues with it right from the get go especially with the vehicle bouncing a lot. In my first month itself they made me buy new shock absorbers. Every time I take it back I am told that the car is fine yet I am made to purchase new parts every time. Last week my car would not start and I was made to go through hoops to get any help. I was made to buy a new key while it was not a key problem. Today I dropped the car at the dealer for service and again they cannot tell me what is wrong with it or when will I get it back. I could not get a replacement car becuase apparently it has to be booked 4 weeks ahead - how is anyone to know the car will have a problem 4 weeks ahead !!! Why certify it if they cannot be of any help!
