the X25/2 got 24 pins on it.

12 for row A and 12 for row B.

now, for the second choice...connecting on rear left wheel speed sensor directly for RPM signal.

look at the wiring diagram. it also goes to the same connector... X25/2.

the pin number should be on A2.

the color is pink. ( this color makes sense since it coincides with the GPS wire)

as you can see, this is a shielded wire. .. so it's easier for you to find it.

connect on the pink wire.

Well, Sleepwalker, you are a master. I haven't got any more questions for you (for now ), just many "Thank you". Your instructions were clear and precise, and while the wire wasn't easy to find due to the size of the font they use and the quantity of wires you can find in this single location, I was able to locate that X25/2 blue wire at the end of the first row of the connector (with the use of a magnifying glass ).

I have connected the GPS System pink wire to that wire, and everything works like a charm now. You have made me do something that even the technician of the Mercedez dealer close to here wasn't able to do (he looked for 2 hours for that wire, without being able to locate it), not to mention the installation technician at the store where I bought the device, who was as lost as I was. And you have made my spouse very happy (she has to go to New York all by herself tomorrow morning, a 500 miles trip for an Asian woman who drives rarely because she gets always lost here in Canada).

Once again, Sleepwalker, a big THANK YOU for your much appreciated work. And I am sure your time and efforts will be usefull to many other people in my situation.

All the best to you!

Indeed, Sleepwalker, a good team. If you ever need translation from English (or Spanish or German) to French, I will be happy to help you.

Regards
