Exclamation 98 ML320 vibrating when letting off the accelerator???

My ML has 150K mi and has been running fine until recently. Suddenly when driving today i noticed a slight ticking sound coming from the rear wheels (i was going about 5 mph and has the windows down) it almost sounded like a nail was stuck in the tire. later that afternoon i noticed that when i remove my foot from the accelerator and the speed decreases a vibration occurs from the rear area...it stops when i give it gas and speed up...PLEASE HELP..
Thank you in advance...

Hello - I would suggest that you pull the car's codes to see if anything comes up. I would also suggest getting the car on the lift and seeing if any suspension components are loose. Please let us know if you have any other questions or if we can assist with any future part needs.

I have Mercedes pickup truck which we are using for 24-hour towing queens NY, I had a similar issue with that but from last 3 weeks i am not facing that issue, i think that got fixed automatically.
