ok, I consider it all over now.[:'(]
I have made up my own av cable to attach (similar to the crutchfeild adapter). It didn't work as my Radio wouldn't move to the CD function since I dont have the CD stacker. I have since found another site.

It seems to be that you need the cd staker to trick the radio in still thinking there is a cd playing, so much that one person posted that you ned a cd in the unit.
Im off to work out plan b [&o]

ok, an update
Im pleased to anouce that i have figured out how to bypass the radio.
I wired up two rca's to convert to 8x 2.8mm spade male connectors to input into the adapter that normally conects into the radio. Also had to make a lead to join the ignition power to the amp remote (next to each other)
worked a treat. will make up a neat and tidy version soon so I can add a computer to the car.
The way i did it will remove the Radio completely but I't could be wired to leave it in also.
