i'm new to the forum, i have quick question. one of my customer got 2005 ML500, i do mobile electornics and custom fiberglass fabs. but i do build import race cars as well. but i dont do a lot of mechanic work.
here is the problem of mercedes is having. power steering is making all kind a noise, whining noise and it feels like it's getting hard. i'm thinking it could be problem with power steering pump. or could it be problem with something else.

Low fluid level will make the pump to create whining noise. Any leaks in the system?
