New to the forum, first post!! I am trying to figure how easy it would be to replace the factory radio in my 2003 ML 350 with a new unit that has Nav, Blue Tooth, iPod, Satalite, rear Camera, etc. I was told by a few dealers (Circuit City) that I cant because the wiring is Fiber Optic. Do you guys know if this is possible to change out? If so, what is the going recommendation out there on a new head unit that fits nice where the factory one would go?
