Default 2000 ML430. OEM or Aftermarket?

Hi guys. New to this forum and like the info so far. I just bought this truck. It has 53K on it. I need brakes. Should I use MB or aftermarket? Also, dealer said I should change the plugs (5 years or 100k). Same question. Also, should the wires or anything else be changed? Dont want to wait till theres a problem. Thanks in advance.

Congrats on yor ML purchase Stay on top of your maintenance. Akebono/ or Brembois a excellent replacement pad. As for the spark plugs get them from your Mercedes dealership. you will need 16 plugs they cost 15.00 -20.00 a plug.
