Default 1999 ml 320 having electric problems

I have a 1999 ml320 while driving it it just stalls out the blinkers dont work the power steering is gone, windows, windshield wipers etc.. but the head lights work and so does the radio there is no check engine light or any lights on except when you turn the key the normal lights that should go on. I just got it serviced for this same problem not even a week ago for $3200 they replaced the ignition power steering pump and fixed a couple of oil leeks they thought the ignition was the cause but it still has this same problem if anyone can give me any light on what the cause of this is it would be much appreciated thanks.

Please read the post before about stalling problem, yours should also be the CPS. Easy and inexpensive repair. If some one serviced it for this same problem and for that much money, you should just take it back there and tell them to change the sensor that they have forgot to replace and you should get some warranty with it too. Where do they come up with these prices? I bought my ML 2 years ago for $5,125

definately take it back to the place that serviced it, if you can, drive with the mechanic and show him yourself and explain in detail to him. techs are often left with poor detail on the customer complaint. the more detail the better off the mechanic will be. when this problem occurs does it happen every time? or sometimes. try a different remote/key and start with that. its not likely for this situation but try it. could be a loose ground wire, or maybe water leaking into the car onto fuse boxes etc. could just be a bad front sam unit or all activity module or extended activity module. check your battery connections that they are tight.
