Just purchased a 03 ML500 with DVD navigation, but it has a 2002 versionDVD. Is it possible to get a burnt copy of a newer DVD version? I think I need MB part# Q6-46-0218 or MB part# Q6-46-0219. Both are 2006.1 and 2006.2
