Default 02' w163 fuel leak - No Code

Hi All,

Anyone know which parts of the fuel system is able to leak but not register a warning light? Under the hood on the passenger side front near piston #1? I figure its an injector seal but was told that never happens on mercedes ... =0

TIA,
JB

In the right front corner of the fuel rail is the service test port with valve in it that could be leaking but it could also easily be the injector seal- O-ring. But they are very tightlly in the fuel pipe (just pulled one out). Buna-N rubber O-ring 8mm I.D. and 3.5mm wide/thick. If this seal is leaking, body of the whole injector would be wet from fuel. Take off the engine cover, turn the key on to activate your fuel pump and check it out.
