hmm thats funny because they are range rover wheels from the early '90s. im sorry that we are disagreeing and i dont want to **** you off, however those are definately from a range rover. the old 3 an 5 prongs. I know these cars well and they are. just google image em

I know the wheels that u are refering two but look at the lug pattern range rover has a very over sized 5-lug pattern yes the wheel design is close but they are mercedes wheel because range wheels will not fit a G-wagen.

So you do agree with me then, that they yes, indeed ARE range rover wheels, and the owner just used custom lugnuts and a custom lug nut pattern to go with the rest of the customized truck.

Look just because u have had a Range does not make u an expert i am saying they both have the same style but i know for sure that those are indeed Mercedes G-wagen wheels. and all that truck is is a 2 door G-wagen that someone cut the back off of to make a pick-up out of it. If you look up G-wagens from the 1980s u well see those wheels alot.
