I am interested in hearing some real time MPG's on the GL. Does anyoneown a deisel and what are you getting for MPG? Thanks

 

I have a 2007 GL320CDi with 17K miles. We have owned for a year. It has been dead realiable, a pleasure to own. We have taken trips in it, winter and summer, driven it on the highway, around the suburbs, the whole ownership experience. We average 23 mpg combined. We get 25 mpg on the highway. The diesel wants to run fast and the car handles great, the brakes are sharp. If I keep it down at 65 or 70 mph I get 27 mpg, but the car just wants to move along. I heartily endorse the diesel format. My previous Nissan Armada was a great SUV but is was getting 11 mpg around town and never more than 16 mpg on a 1500 mile trip.
