I have a 2007 GL 320 cdi that I bought brand new here in Canada. I have gone to my MB dealer and complained about the fact that when I let go of the steering wheel on smoothly paved roads, the truck immediately pulls to the right. When driving, I am constantly tugging left as the vehicle tends to veer to the right. I also have a GM Acadia and Nissan Maxima and these cars don't exhibit this behavior on the same roads. The dealer has told me that it probably is just caused by the roads being slightly inclined towards the curb by design. I don't buy it as my other 2 vehicles can handle this no problem. I have replaced my tires with the same specs as the originals (which coincidentally had to be replaced at 36,000km due to wear and tear). I had it balanced and aligned but nobody seems to be able to fix this problem. Is there something wrong with my SUV or are MB cars just not designed to run straight ?
