You can use a cassette adapter if you have a cassette player in the car. I have a Zumo GPS with XM ant and a cassette stereo in the dash. The music comes clear through the car speakers. Some of the XM radios come with the adapters. If yours did not, you can pick one up at radio shack, kmart, etc.

They make a xm unit that plays wireless through your car stereo. You set a FM radio station compatiable with the xm unit

I have one in my E420

The cassestte adapter is a cassette tape with a wire coming out one end that plugs into the gps or xm radio. It's nothing that will mess up the tape player.
