Will W211 wheels fit my W210

wheels will fit fine...but you've not listed the specs for the tires. a 265 rear should be fine
but a 245 front may cause fender lip rubbing....depending on how much the car has been
lowered, the spring pad used, and the shocks fitted.
the 211 lug bolts are spec-ed at 14mm diameter, 14mm radius ball seat
the 210 lug bolts are 12mm diam, 12mm radius ball seat
MB will never recommend this but there is a hybrid bolt made by OTISINCLA.COM which
is a 12mm diam bolt with a 14mm ball seat.
otherwise, the 211 rim still has 66.65mm hub, and 5x112 lug spacing....same as 210

W211 had a 30mm offset (I think)so you had better test fit especially on the rears for interference.
ohlord
check the offset of the rims before buying them since they are staggered the et will be stamped on the inside of each rim.

211 E55 rims are ET39 so they'll be just fine if you're still using the stock 265/30 tires.
for my 99 E320 the front left was touching the lip so I had to roll the rim, but it still
rubbed. so I switched to smaller tire.

2004 e55 lists et 30 in the manual that I just checked and since the tires he liists are staggered
the rims are probably different widths and et's. that's why I thought he needs to check first before spending good money.
