I have a 1991 300CE white with blue/grey interior. The paint and the interior are in very good condition. The good:

2 owner (I've had it for about 15 years), never smoked in, southern California car
never in any type of accident, no rust
essentially stock - no fancy wheels, no spoilers, etc.
143,000 miles, comes out to not even 7,000 miles a year
parts replaced within the last 1,000 miles - cap, rotor, ignition wires, spark plugs and voltage regulator/brush pak
has had Mobil 1 and filter changes every 5,000 miles or so

The bad:
has a blown head gasket, will start and run but you're not going very far before it overheats

I don't feel like paying the $1500 or so to have the head gasket replaced. And then all the shops I talk to want to do some valve work on a car with this mileage increasing the bill.

Any ideas on what it is worth as it sits?
