Default What kind of tires for W124?

I am researching the best type of tire for the W124 93' 300E with 195/65/15. What would the best type of tire for the vehicle? I live in the NorthEast and drive (stoplight traffic) about 18K a year. So, I believe that I would like to have a 70-80K warranty. Any recommendations? Thanks for the help.

Go for Michelin, more expensive but you'll enjoy the difference. She is a beauty and deserves to have those ones.

I agree with Michellin. I just replaced all 4 tires on my 94 E420 with Michellins, and my car drives like a dream (it had Michellins before, but they were getting toward the end of their life).

I always bought Michellins for my previous cars (non-MBZ) and thought they were worth the price difference, especially if you will drive in adverse weather.
