Hi All!

I'm having a problem with my 1996 E200 (W210) at the moment.

I CAN'T keep petrol in it, it's using far far FAR too much, it's down on power, it kinda splutters on cold starts too. I have a Air Mass Meter ordered for it but I'm wondering if it's a simple thing of just an ECU reset?

I know on some cars e.g. Subaru Impreza's and older Peugeots, that if you disconnect the battery for 30 minutes, reconnect the battery and idle the car for 5 minutes, turn off, restart and drive the car hard for 5 minutes, it resets (or something like that)
Is there a similar process than anybody knows of for the W210???
