I'm considering purchasing a used 2003 E Class with an optional sport package. The car has only 22K miles and is in mint condition. The price would be around $20K.

Any advice regarding the price and problems with this model and year would be very appreciated.

Also, I may have to flip the car ina year, assuming I put about 15K on it, what price could I get in a year?

Don't buy it.Find a nice low mile 02 for about 12 grand and you will enjoy it.
