Default Upgrading a 1990 300E

I currently have a 1990 300E and was wondering if anyone had viable suggestions towards upgrading my vehicle. I got rid of a generic christmas list and want to invest it all into my vehicle.Any suggestions are welcome.

What exaclty are the upgrades you are looking to do? Is this your main car? where are you located? How much do you have to spend?(Reason I ask is becasue upgrades will add up very quickly)

Perfect, Perfect. The sky is the limit you in this case. I would suggest rims and maybe a nice body kit to start.

My first E was a 1990 300E. This was where I really started to like these cars. The stock radio leaves a lot to be desired. Try starting with a nice deck and replacing the speakers. Then you should check out some more modern Benz rims. You can find nice sets on E Bay or perhaps some aftermarket rims that are designed to go on that car. Don't go too big though.

Find a reputable independent Mercedes mechanic. It will save you a great deal of money in the long run. Learn to change the oil yourself and you can save money while learning about your car. I would also consider having your mechanic go over the engine and give it a thorough tune-up with attention paid to the fluids, plugs and filters. After you have taken it that far, if you want a more firm ride on the interstate you can replace the stock shocks which are most likely original. Enjoy your ride and write back to us to let us know how it goes! Take care.

I did the stereo and the rims too on my 1989 300e. I also changed to euro headlights and new tail lights. Kept everything pretty conservative. Just a more updated look without a pimped out look.

I already changed out the speaker for Bose and the stereo has been changed, and a subtle twelve inch sub woofer in the back with an amp... I have already changed the radiator and water pump... i have replaced every fluid thinkable in the car (except brake fluid) and I have AMG rims already... oh and changed the grill for a shinier look...

where can i find nice body kits?
