I'm inquiring to see if anyone out there has purchased the Toyo Versado LX tire. The tire is receiving great reviews for it's new Silent Wall groove technology.
Not sure if I want to change from the Michelin Energy, but I thought I would ask if anyone has purchased Toyo and like them.

I originally had the Michelin's then tried the Toyo Proxes wich were great and were a freereplacement for a terrible set of Pirelli' s that wore extremly fast. After the Proxes were ready to be replaced I was going to get them again but they were replaced with the Versado which I did purchase they seemslightly harder then the Proxes but do cornerquite well and Ihave pushed them. I also believe they are substantiallyless expensive but I could be wrong about that. Iwould reccomend them especiallyif there isa town fair tire store in your areathat allows you to return them after a certain period if you don't like them.

 

I was just searching the web to get some info on Toyo Versados and ran into your forum. I have a 99 Accord which had Michelin Energy (OEM) and then I tried Toyo Proxes TPT. I'm in the process of replacing the Proxes, after 105,000 miles (I drive 35,000/year). I loved these tires. They are discontinuing them and replacing them with the Versado. Direct Tire, where I get my tires, still had some Proxes for $513 complete with a free 4 wheel alignment. But the salesman said that they have a special, buy 3 Versados and get the 4th free. So, a set of 4 complete with a 4 wheel alignment will be $402. I'm having them installed on the 25th.
